Whole Fitness

Whole fitness to me is about finding your best body.

Finding what make your feel good. I think most people define fitness too narrowly. They say that love can move mountains. Well, if you discover an activity that you love, it can convince you to get our body moving, even if you’ve never enjoyed exercise in the past. Some people have not found their fitness passion or something that inspires them. Of course, if finding the perfect exercise match were easy, everybody would be roundly physically active. Typically, to find what your really enjoy it requires both self-reflection and experimenting with different ways to be fit. All of us come in different shapes and innate personalities. We’re not all going to like the same fitness purists, right?

 Becoming whole with your own fitness is really finding yourself in what you connect with. I cringe at running, when other may get a thrill out of it. I love to dance, when it not be someone else’s thing. I also love me some yoga, and weightlifting. Let’s be honest here, fitness is not easy at times. It takes energy, planning persistence, ect. Taking the time to really find out what you can stay consistent with and keep you happy is what whole fitness is about. I’ll be sharing my journey with y’all in

YOGA

Yoga is a workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. It promotes mindfulness in which we need in this oh so busy world of ours. It helps us connect our mind body and spirit, which enhances your wellness. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness, and it provides an important balance to aerobic workouts. Having muscles is essential to succeed in life. A firm body grounds you to the earth so you can feel a sense of your body. With this awareness, you feel greater connection to your essence as a person. And having muscles allows you to move with ease and efficiency and to do what you need to do to function physically in the world.

DANCE FITNESS

Even for those of you with two left feet, you likely have experienced the joy of dance. The dance floor is open to everybody!! ! Now, I am here to tell you a new exercise craze is giving you that sheer release pleasure along with muscle toning. It’s called “Dance Fitness,” one of the hottest workouts on the fitness forefront.
