{Recipe} Matcha Latte

I’ve been obsessed with these diy matcha lattes! They taste good iced or hot. I love matcha for soooo many reasons...
• It relaxes you without making you sleepy.
• It delivers natural caffeine into the bloodstream in a much more measured way than coffee.
• Its natural caffeine effects last up to 4-6 hours, compared to coffee’s high and then quick crash.
• Is packed with antioxidants including the powerful EGCg.
• Boosts metabolism and burns calories.
• Detoxifies effectively and naturally.
• Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins.
• Enhances mood and aids in concentration.
- 1/2 cup filtered water (hot or cold)
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 scoop collagen
- 1 tsp. matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp. cleyon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla bean powder
- 1.5 tsp. organic raw honey (to taste) or 5-10 drops stevia
- You can add 1 tbsp ghee or grass fed butter too if you want if your doing it warm, if iced you can add the ice or pour the mixture over ice.

Mix all ingredients in the high powered blender or vita-mix until it nice and creamy with a bit of froth. Pour in your favorite mug and ENJOY!
